The access to the 24-hour M Club was a good bonus .

Can recommend this hotel, greatly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for a such great stay for a mini vacation. The rooms are new-fashioned and airy, with central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. The stuff are really good, managed the parking onsite

Outstanding variety at breakfast...

The room was clean and spacious.

I faced a frustrating situation upon check-in. I felt stressed as the issue persisted. The inconsistent communication regarding Wi-Fi fees left me feeling cheated and dissatisfied with the overall service.

Fairly clean hotel, I enjoyed efficient staff. The room was fashionable here with darker decor. It was nice to have an electric kettle and fridges available. Location: the property was close to restaurants & entertainment complex, A shopping mall.

the staff was pretty friendly and pleasant and always helped me. the rooms were fashionable and fantastic in darker decor. had a roll in shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom.

The room was clean and modern, but the towels were rough and worn out.

The entrance and lounge areas create a lovely first impression, complemented by friendly staff who go above and beyond. The room was very clean. The air conditioning was somewhat noisy at night. Although there were some concerns about Wi-Fi fees, the hotel's dining options, especially the Thai dishes, were really good and provided a good dining experience.

Couple retreat worth the price

The rooms are clean and modern with huge windows and those heavy blackout curtains really helped us sleep in. We especially enjoyed the spacious bathroom with its stylish counter space, was like we weren't cramped like in other places.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still fit the bill for what we needed.

I loved starting my day with a delicious breakfast that featured alternative dairy options for my latte and refreshing shower products. One area for improvement would be ensuring better communication regarding bookings, as I encountered a mix-up that caused some stress at check-in.

It was just a reliable pick for a little getaway in Markham with value for price. The hotel had decent meeting spaces, great for some quick work I needed to finish. Bring your own toiletries if you have preferences, as the basics are pretty minimal.

The clean and modern room was a great base after our workouts in the 24-hour fitness center. We hit the local parks and the nearby shopping district afterward. The staff were super nice and helpful, and we really appreciated the daily parking facility.
